Some creaking or clicking sounds from the floor panel in my kitchen. I used some of it myself after changing tempo or pitch a bit.

Impersonation of a disgruntled squirrel. First half is the actual voice, second half has been pitch shifted up to create a more squeaky snarky squirrel.

This is a sound i created by using three different things. I recorded my bathroom fan and altered the pitch, added a few cents and overlayed them at 50%, and added a band-pass filter. This is the variable mid/high pitch sound of a metal door not properly closed in my college, making a whistling sound. There are very light sounds of people passing and chatting by the door.
